Prior to moving forward with this form, you will need to upload a Letter of Good Standing from your current primary association. If you have been inactive for OVER 2 years, you may proceed without this.

The Letter of Good Standing must include:
- Your license information and NRDS number;
- Confirmation that all national, state, and local dues are up to date;
- Completion date of last Code of Ethics course;
- Notification of any current/pending disciplinary action, unsatisfied fines, or ethical violations/complaints against the applicant.
Membership applications cannot be processed until a Letter of Good Standing is submitted to BRR.

Membership Agreements
I, First Name* Last Name*, hereby apply for REALTOR® Membership at Boise Regional REALTORS® (BRR). I accept the dues outline listed below. Dues are prorated based on the month joined unless membership was held the previous year. I also understand that dues and application fees (reactivation/late) are non-refundable, per BRR Policy.
I will attend all classes required for new members within sixty (60) calendar days of this application and understand that failure to meet this requirement may result in having my membership deactivated.

I agree to thoroughly familiarize myself with and abide by the Code of Ethics, Constitution, Bylaws, and Rules and Regulations of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), the Constitution, Bylaws, and Rules and Regulations of Idaho REALTORS®, and the Bylaws, Rules and Regulations, and Policies of BRR, as amended and adopted from time to time. Further, I agree to the obligation to arbitrate or to mediate controversies arising out of real estate transactions as specified by Article 17 of the Code of Ethics, and as further specified in the Code of Ethics and Arbitration Manual of NAR, as amended from time to time.

I consent that BRR may invite and receive information and comment about applicant from any member or other persons, and agree that any information and comment furnished to BRR by any person in response to the invitation shall be conclusively deemed to be privileged and not form the basis of any action for slander, libel, or defamation of character.

I further understand that I have access to copies of the Bylaws, Constitutions, Rules and Regulations, Policies, and Code of Ethics, referred to above online at boirealtors.com/about-us.

NOTE: Dues or fees paid to the Boise Regional REALTORS® are not tax-deductible as a charitable contribution but may be tax-deductible as an ordinary and necessary business expense.

Further, this consent applies to changes in my contact information that I may provide to the Association(s) and/or IMLS in the future.

This consent recognizes that certain state and federal laws may place limits on communications that I am able to opt-out of, so that I still receive communications necessary to maintain my membership and/or fulfill the obligations that I have agreed to above.

I understand that BRR does not sell or share email lists with third parties, however brokerage-level rosters will be provided to BRR Affiliate members only.

I agree to follow the BRR Intellectual Property Usage Policy and all trademarks, and further understand that NAR has granted me the license to use the term REALTOR®, as outlined through their Trademark Protection Program.
