Event Sanction requests are required to be submitted no later than three weeks prior to the event. Sanctioning is approved by Gymnastics WA in consultation with the respective Gymsport Technical Working Group.

The requirements for having a club event sanctioned by Gymnastics WA are outlined in the Gymnastics WA Technical & Competitions Handbook (Part D - Event Hosting Guidelines). They include: - Event Venue and Equipment Standards - Competition Advertising - Competition Entries - Event Work Plan and Schedules - Event Personnel and Volunteers - Judging Requirements - First Aid - Competition Scoring System Requirements - Awards, Results and Statistics - Registrations and Accreditations - Event Reports - Refunds
Gymnastics WA will advise the Host Club of the outcome of the Sanctioning Request as soon as possible following the submission of the form. Please allow at least one week for the consultation process to occur between Gymnastics WA and the Technical Working Group.
