Event Sanction requests are required to be submitted no later than three weeks prior to the event. Sanctioning is approved by Gymnastics WA in consultation with the respective Gymsport Technical Working Group.

The requirements for having a club event sanctioned by Gymnastics WA are outlined in the Gymnastics WA Technical & Competitions Handbook (Part D - Event Hosting Guidelines). They include:

Declaration*

On behalf of the Host Club, I have read and understood the requirements outlined in Part D of the Technical & Competitions Handbook and agree that the Host Club will ensure that all conditions are met when delivering the Gymnastics WA sanctioned event.
Gymnastics WA will advise the Host Club of the outcome of the Sanctioning Request as soon as possible following the submission of the form. Please allow at least one week for the consultation process to occur between Gymnastics WA and the Technical Working Group.
