- 🔍 Need a Site Visit? - If you have already selected a venue, our event planner will meet with you on-site to assess your décor needs and visualize the space. This service is provided at a cost of J$15,000 / USD$93.75 per location.
- Site Visit Policy:
1) J$15,000 / USD$93.75 per location – planner meets with you at your selected venue to assess décor needs and visualize the space.
2) Site visits conducted without the client present will also attract this fee.
3) For 2 or more venues on the same day and in close proximity, a reduced discretionary charge may be applied for the additional location(s).

Payment Policy: All consultation and site visit fees are due in full at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. Fees paid for an in-depth consultation will be applied toward the final cost of your event if you book with EBJA. Should you decide not to proceed with our services, this amount is non-refundable.
