Notice to Agent is Notice to Principal and Notice to Principal is Notice to Agent

The People's Second Notice of Contempt for Warring Against the Arizona State Constitution

 I, One of the People (as seen in the 50 American State Constitutions) having all Political Power, do send you this Notice and Demand, that Just, Prudence, Faithfulness, and Equity shall be aligned with Judgement again in the State of Arizona;

 Please take Notice that the People have assembled in order to instruct our Board of Supervisors of their duties and remind them of the sworn oath they took when being elected by the People;

 It is my will the Board of Supervisors hold a public meeting to immediately carry out two important tasks;

1. Declare the 2022 November 8th General Election Null and Void;

2. Call for a new election to be held on December 6th, 2022;

Please take notice, Maricopa Sheriff, that all the 2022 November 8th General Election ballots and tabulation machines be collected and secured;

Please take notice, Arizona Legislature, that we the People demand that you immediately remove from office or position all persons involved in the Arizona 2022 November 8th General Elections; that elections must be re-done; The election must be held with paper ballots only; All voters must cast their ballot in their Legislative District polling locations; All ballots must be hand-counted at the polling locations with a representative of at least one People per any two political parties; All hand-count results and ballots must be transferred securely directly to the Maricopa County Tabulation Center by a Sheriff and a representative of at least one People per any two political parties;

Please take Notice that it is my will to give the Maricopa Sheriff 5 days to take decisive and massive corrective actions; If you do not, you agree that you are acting in Contempt against the People and warring against the State Constitution;

Please take Notice that it is my will to give the Arizona Legislature 7 days to take decisive and massive corrective action; if you do not, you agree that you are acting in Contempt against the People and Warring against the State Constitution;

Please take Notice that the People have assembled and wish to have direct access to the grand juries immediately, and by guaranteed right, to prosecute any government actor, including the State Legislative body members, for ignoring the will of the People to have clean and fair elections;

Please take Notice, Jim Jordan, that the People demand you investigate immediately any and all relationships between state government workers and branches that are causing harm to the People for the above mentioned issues;

Please take Notice, members of the Supreme Court, that fundamental principles of law and maxims show that the People have tried to use regular remedies, only to be denied and attacked by attorneys using the Chevron doctrine and administrative agencies in partnership with legislatures and courts. This direct attack on the rights of the People has left very few entities that will follow the Constitutions. However, we see your recent divorce of Chevron and the Administrative State. Thanks are given to Gorsich and others, for your ability to hear the People as you demonstrate your superior understanding of how the State Constitutions have been hidden and the People’s Power subverted. As one of the People, I demand, wish and order that you provide remedy, by necessity, as the People wish to Swear Oaths and send Affidavits declaring wrongs done by State Actors against the People. As one of the People, I demand, wish and order that you issue warrants for the arrest of any government worker who is declared to be warring against the State Constitutions, the rights of the People they swore to protect, and the right of the People to have a due regard to the law in the state constitutions;

Please take Notice that the People have assembled and learned the law and wish to prosecute all bad actors who refuse to follow the law as servants. We demand that the Arizona Legislature return to deal with issues immediately, and to carry out the will of the People. If this Notice shall be ignored by the legislature or its members individually, this notice shall stand as evidence against them, that they are purposely, with malice, and intent, ignoring the will of the People, and shall stand as evidence in all Courts, before the Supreme Court, and the Federal Legislature;

Maxim: Evil deeds ought not to remain unpunished, and impunity affords continual incitement to the delinquent.

Maxim: Good laws arise from evil manners, i.e., are necessitated by the evil behavior of men.

Maxim: Necessity overrules the law. Necessity shall be a good excuse in our law, and in every other law.

Please take Notice that the People are coming before you by necessity and demanding immediate action to protect their body politic and rights. Failing to follow the will of the People will be considered a Trespass and wrong of the highest degree. This Notice is sent in the love and peace of Christ.
