If you are wanting a COLOR Service of any kind Please upload 2-3 photos of your hair as it looks today. I would like to see it from the back or the front, unfiltered. If it is easier for you to text me photos, you can text them to me at 920-602-7700. *This is required before booking any COLORING SERVICES. Or you can request an in person consultation. The best photos to take are to stand directly in front of a south facing window, with your phone camera in front of you.

By completing this form, I am submitting an appointment request. In response, I will receive an email/text with an online booking link to make my appointment.

Cancellation Policy:
Krista's Hair Artistry has a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours prior. Any appointment canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours, will be charged 50% the amount of the appointment scheduled. No shows or less than a 24 hours notice, will result in the Full amount of the scheduled appointment. There is a Nonrefundable Deposit for all New Guest appointments, that will go towards their scheduled appointment service.

Late Arrival Policy:
Please contact me at 920-602-7700 via text message or voicemail. Being more than 15 minutes late to your appointment may result in a cancellation of your appt. This is only to protect your appointment and the other appointments after you and their time.
