2023 NBDA Bylaws Amendment Form

In accordance with Article IX, Section 1 Amendments. These Bylaws may be amended upon affirmative vote of two-third (2/3) of the voting members at the biennial NBDA national conference provided that the amendments are submitted to the Bylaw Committee sixty (60) days prior to the conference.

DEADLINE: June 8, 2023 @ 11:59pm EST.

YOU MUST BE A MEMBER IN GOOD STANDING TO FILL OUT THIS FORM.

or on behalf of the committee/council, chapter, organization, or entity.
