Membership Requirements
1. Candidates are required to sign a waiver of liability.

2. Candidates must be 21 years of age and maintain an active membership in good standing in the National African American Gun Association (NAAGA). NAAGA membership requires completion of New Member Orientation and shall not be denied to any person because of race, color, gender, age (21 years or older), religion, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, or physical disability.

3. Candidates must have the legal right to own and possess firearms. Any person who has a felony conviction or who has a misdemeanor conviction for domestic violence (and the conviction has not been pardoned or expunged AND rights to possess a firearm restored), is not eligible to become a member of Galloway Gun Club, LLC. DBA David Walker Gun Club, LLC. Under federal law, that person is not legally allowed to possess a firearm and therefore is prohibited from joining.

4. Candidates must be a resident of the Dallas County Area.

5. Candidates must complete a membership application, abide by the Membership Requirement, and the Organization Code of Conduct.

6. Gun club members must be committed to becoming more proficient with their firearm. In addition to regularly attending range days, it is recommended that members have a shooting plan and take a basic handgun course if they are new to shooting.

Organization Code of Conduct
1. The organization will be governed by, and its business affairs entrusted to an executive board in perpetuity, whose members founded and organized the Galloway Gun Club, LLC. DBA David Walker Gun Club, LLC. The executive board will appoint officers on a volunteer basis and specify their duties as needed.

2. In order to maintain active member status in the organization, members are required to pay annual dues of $50.

3. Individuals found to be engaging in any threatening, terroristic, separatist, prejudiced, discriminatory and/or otherwise unlawful behavior, especially in the presence of firearms, will be subject to review by the executive board up to and including immediate termination of membership.

4. In the event a dispute arises between members, we agree to in-house mediation of said dispute amongst the membership with an independent intermediary.

5. Members always treat one another with dignity and respect ir be subject to immediate removal from the gun club.

Liability and Waiver
The undersigned acknowledges that the reaction to, possession of, and/or use firearms is potentially dangerous, and involves risk of serious personal injury, death, psychological trauma, and/or other personal and financial liability. The undersigned agrees to assume all risk amd waives any and all claims of liability for personal injury, death, psychological trauma, and/or other personal or financial loss. I agree to disclose my physical limitations, disabilities, ailments, or impairments which may affect my ability to participate in this program. For people who can become pregnant: If I become pregnant at anytime during my membership, I will cease participation in Range Days.*
