The Zero Degrees is located in the Winter Wonderland experience at Mamsha Al Saadiyat promenade.

Terms & Conditions
- Adults and Children of all ages enter for free, basis a confirmation mail received after they have registered on www.visitabudhabi.ae
- All Guests entering the Facility are subject to the policies and guidelines as set forth by the Facility management.
- Zero Degrees reserves the right to temporarily close the Facility for the purposes of maintenance or private events without prior notice or any compensation.
- In the case of an emergency, you must follow all instructions and directions from the staff of the facility, and/or any other officials.
- Refunds are not available in any circumstances.
- The Facility reserves the right to deny admission or remove Guests from the Facility for any reason, including non-compliance with Zero Degrees Terms and Conditions.
- Visitors will experience a sudden drop in temperature upon entering Zero Degrees room. We are maintaining the indoor temperature between 16 to 19 degrees Celcius. We advice you to wear appropriate clothing to enter the Zero Degrees experience to bear for the said temperatures for the time of your presence inside Zero Degrees.
- The Facility management team will host a series of entertainment activities inside Zero Degrees room, such as a Light Show, Spin the Wheel Game, a Play etc. We advice visitors with the following conditions to not enter the Zero Degrees experience - heart ailment, nausea, epilepsy or any and all similar ailments.
- You are responsible for your own health and safety at all times. As such, by ticking this box you acknowledge and agree that you have been assessed by a qualified medical professional (i.e your doctor) who has given you consent to take part in such experiences.
- By entering this venue you agree for yourself and your children to be filmed for promotional purpose
- Every visitor is requested to duly fill the registration form and submit. One registration form is for one person only. If you are coming with family, please fill the registration form for every member individually and submit.
