PLEASE NOTE:

As agreed at the 11 August 2022 joint members council and management committee meeting all responses will be collated and reviewed prior to the end of our financial year (31st August) on block.

There is an annual Somerset YFC budget of £1,500 and expenses will only be paid out to the extent that:

They relate to members travel (not supporters).

They are cost effective.

They relate to a NFYFC or equivalent event (specifically excluding SWA events).

In respect of vehicle travel, 45p per mile is not an acceptable amount to claim, only the actual cost of fuel will be considered.

You will hear if you have bee successful in the August following submission of your application.

All claims must be submitted by 31st August of the YFC year to which they relate.
