    Q: Where are you located?
    A: Charlotte, North Carolina

    Q: Do you only coach virtually?
    A: Yes, clients have daily access to me via phone, text, & email. Im make myself 100% available to my nutrition clients to ensure they feel supported 24/7! Personal training is virtual.

    Q: Why should I sign up with you?
    A: The biggest difference between myself and other trainers is that I hold you 100% accountable. I send daily text reminders to make sure you’re staying on top of your meal plans and make sure you send me daily accountability pictures of your meals (whether you’re out and about or at home) I'm here to support you 24/7. I was once obese myself, so I completely understand this journey and what it takes to be successful!

    Q: Does your program work?
    A: Yes, if you 100% follow my coaching directions you will get the results you're looking for! But at the end of the day, your results depend on YOUR consistency. It's you vs you everyday!
    You must be coachable and ready for a serious lifestyle change.

    Q: How much weight can I lose on your program?
    A: Individual results will vary.... but durning (round 1) of my 6 week nutrition program clients have experienced 10-15lbs+ of weight loss. Durning (round 1) of my 12 week nutrition program, clients have experienced 20-30lbs of weight loss! The goal is to keep renewing your plan until you reach/exceed your goals. The clients that commit for longer periods of time tend to fully reach their planned goals. Each persons body and starting health will vary. You won't know how your body will respond until you get started.

    Q: What kind of nutrition coach are you?
    A: I am a "carb light" food coach.
    That means you will enjoy select carbohydrates in modified servings.
    My base coaching is animal protein, vegetables and fruits. The goal is to make this a stainable lifestyle! You will learn what a balanced plate should look like, proper portion sizes, and how to eat to your health goals. With nutrition being 80-90% of your journey, nutrition is a top priority to me as a coach. You are what you eat!

    Q: What kind of fitness coach are you?
    A:You will enjoy full body training. Sessions are 30 min of VERY intense and targeted workouts. I will teach you HIIT training, weight training, plyometrics, calisthenics & more.... 
    NOTE: Training modifications are available for individuals who have limitations.

    Q: Do you have a network of people that can help me outside of your program?
    A: Yes, I have built relationships/rapport with several other health professionals that I can refer you to upon request.

    Q: I see a lot of women on your page. Do you only train women?
    A: No, I also successfully train men. I enjoy working with people from all walks of life and all ages!

    Q: Are you only a "weight loss" coach?
    A: No, I can also help people gain weight, maintain weight, or learn how to improve/build on their current wellness regimen.

    Q: Do you offer promotions?
    A: Yes, promotions/discounts are at my discretion. I make announcements via social media and email when promos will occur.

    Q: Do you have a referral program?
    A: Yes! I give personal details of how the program works after you signup!

    Q: Do all of your programs cost the same?
    A: No, each package is priced differently based on duration & services offered. I also offer Al la carte pricing.

    Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
    A: PayPal, Cashapp, and Venmo.

    Q: Do you offer refunds?
    A: No, all of my workout/meal programs are 100% non-refundable. When you signup, there is a contract that both parties sign acknowledging that our partnership is solid and concrete and towards the benefit of staying committed and accountable along the journey.

    Q: Do you sell merchandise?
    A: Yes, I sell shirts, hoodies, hats, mugs, etc... My OC merch site is available in my LinkTree on my IG page! I offer a (one-time) program package incentive when you purchase $50.00 or more of OC merchandise!

    Q: Do I have to submit pictures while on your program?
    A: Yes, in order for me to track your goals accurately you have submit pictures of your meals and body. 

    Q: Will my pictures be shared to the public?
    A: Yes, I will share your pictures but only with your permission. You have the option of blanking out your face and name.
