Please provide 6-10 good quality images of your work along with details about each piece. Please number each image in line with the list below.

Images must be .jpeg, .jpg, .png format.

You will need to upload the following documents:

• Maker Statement and information regarding processes used in production of work, influences/inspirations and your reason for wanting to become a member
• Artist CV

Preferred file formats for these documents are PDF or MS Word, but other formats are accepted.
