Adult LGBTQ+ Support Group Registration
Please fill out the below form to register for our Adult LGBTQ+ Support Group at Friendly City Safe Space. All support groups are facilitated by trained mental health professionals from the ARROW Project. At this time we are only able to offer support groups in English but we are hopeful to be able to offer mental health support in Spanish and ASL at some point in the future.

If you don't feel comfortable disclosing your specific identity, or aren't sure what word to use, feel free to just put "LGBTQ+". This question partially helps us confirm that this support group is being used only by members of the LGBTQ+ community, and is not a support group for aspiring allies.
