A. Occupancy and possession shall be no earlier than noon on the desired move-in date. Possession can only be provided during business hours from Monday to Friday.
B. It is understood that the parties named above are to be the only occupants and they will become tenants.
C. It is understood that I/we are NOT to have pets of any kind unless I/we receive written permission from the Landlord.
D. It is understood that these premises are Non-Smoking.
E. I/we understand that I/we require to sign a Pre-Authorized Debit Agreement to set up the monthly rent payments.
The Applicant further covenants and agrees that all information set forth on this Offer to Lease is true, accurate and contains no misrepresentations. If misrepresentations are found after a Residential Tenancy Agreement is entered into with the Applicant, the Landlord shall have the option to terminate the Residential Tenancy Agreement and seek all available remedies. The Applicant authorizes the Landlord to obtain tenant history, personal and employment information from one or more previous landlords, employers or previous employers and from other sources of such information, to verify the information provided by the Applicant. The Applicant authorizes the reporting agencies, and any other person, including personnel from any governmental ministry or agency, to disclose relevant information about the Applicant to the Landlord. If the parties enter into a Residential Tenancy Agreement, the Applicant authorizes the above information to be used and disclosed for responding to emergencies, ensuring the orderly management of the tenancy and complying with legal requirements.
