What am I referring to? How 2023 went.....

The new year is just around the corner, and if your organization’s accounting year is January to December, you and the board are deep in planning mode. But, you should also be in reflective mode to help with your strategic planning. Compliance and organizational efficiency should also be at the top of your list.
