    * Cancelation policies:


    - untill January 1st, 2023: all deposits can be returned
    - untill March 1st, 2023: 50% of deposits can be returned
    - after March 15th, 2023: no deposits can be returned

    Deposit for the journey consists of 1500 USD. The rest must be paid until June 1st, 2023.


    Your deposit is safe and will be returned to you, if we cancel the journey.

    In case of cancellation due to flight or country restrictious due to higher causes (flight lockdowns or border closure) FULL REFUND of any deposits will be made at any time. No refunds on your international tickets or other transportation costs, insurance etc. is being refunded in at any time.

    International flight: from your location to LIMA and back IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE

    The airport in Peru where you need to arrive is: LIMA

    Please book your flight ticket so you arrive to Limainternational Airport on this day. If you plan to arrive on any day earlier, let us know, and we will book the extra nights in the hotel for you.
    Please note that check in time is normally at 2PM.

    Departure date: AUGUST 19th, 2023
    Please book your flight ticket so you depart from Lima international Airport on this day, any time. Please note that check out time is at 12PM.

    If you want to stay in Lima longer, or if you want to arrive early, let us know.

    We will pick you up and drop you off at the airport in either way for free. There is a surcharge for extra days.
