This agreement outlines both our responsibilities in this powerful relationship. Please read it carefully.
Your Healing Journey Guidelines:
Welcome! I have positive expectations for a healing journey relationship that helps you to create the life YOU want to live. To partner together professionally, I want you to be familiar with the following guidelines.
1. Terms of Your Healing Journey - Your Package:
I invite you to think of your healing journey - your package as a process. Many people create change for themselves in a short time. However, to refine and sustain the change takes several months. By going ahead with your healing journey, you agree that our relationship will last according to your chosen package.
2. Fees:
My counselling fee is payable to Angela da Silva. If you pay by credit card or debit card, recurring payments will be processed according to your package and with a ‘start date’ specified by you. There is no commitment beyond the time specified in your package. However, if you wish to continue, we can further discuss a suitable package for you to proceed with your healing process. Otherwise please notify us 2 weeks in advance if you think you will be ending our sessions together.
Please note that a "month" may not always correspond to a calendar month but refers to one monthly set of your healing journey package.
3. Changes:
If you need to reschedule our session, please give me 24 hours’ notice. If you have an emergency or illness, you can reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice. If you do not show up for a scheduled session, for any reason, and provide no notice, we will not make up that time. If I need to reschedule, I will give you at least 24 hours’ notice as well, barring an emergency or illness.
* Obviously in exceptional circumstances the session may be re arranged. Please be aware that my commitment to you is solid and I would expect your commitment to our policy to be the same. It is important that you contact me on the email and number provided below, so you can speak to me directly.
4. Between Sessions:
Email me anytime at hello@angeladasilva.com.au, or text me at 0401 720 041 to reach me with ideas, questions, etc.
5. Times:
Session times will be deemed to be started at the pre-arranged time. Any lost time due to late arrival will not be made up at the end of the session.
6. Holidays / Long Term Health Issues / Cancellation:
Any changes must be given at least 2 weeks’ notice in writing via email to hello@angeladasilva.com.au including holidays, long term health issues AND cancellation (any normal payments within the two week’s notice of cancellation will still be debited). Cancellation is subject to completing your chosen package. On Cancellation, the remaining sessions must be carried out within the two week’s notice. Should you (the client) cancel your ongoing sessions and not wish to complete any outstanding sessions for any reason, no refunds are issued.
7. COVID-19:
Should you be in an ‘isolation’ period due to Covid-19, your session will be delivered to you where you can attend your session from home and will be delivered via video call.
8. The Healing Journey Process:
If I ever say or do anything that upsets you or doesn't feel right, please bring it to my attention so that we can resolve it as soon as possible. My objective is to have a healing journey relationship that is fully open, honest, real, and trusting in our communication styles. Therefore, we give each other plenty of space for understanding, and promptly ask for clarification if there is any miscommunication.

9. Holistic Counsellor/ Reiki Master:
I agree to serve as your Holistic Counsellor/ Reiki Master - to partner with you to identify and achieve your personal and/or professional goals.
As your Holistic Counsellor/ Reiki Master I cannot guarantee results. You will create powerful results by having the courage and determination to forward the action in your life.
During the time we spend together in our sessions, I will devote my time, thoughts, and energy to you, exclusively. In between our sessions, I may not be instantly available, as I may be attending to others, or myself. I will, however, always attempt to be available within 24 hours.
I am a Holistic Counsellor / Reiki Master, not a psychotherapist or physician, and I am not trained in diagnosing psychological or medical conditions. If any issues come up for you that should be handled by a licensed therapist or physician, I insist that you must attend to your health by contacting the appropriate professional.
As your Holistic Counsellor/ Reiki Master, I will bring attentive listening, understanding, belief in you and commitment to your success. You can expect me to challenge you, offer fresh perspectives, make requests (including assigning homework), acknowledge your wins, and guarantee utmost confidentiality (to the fullest extent of the law, and so long as I don't fear for your or another's safety) in the powerful, sacred relationship.

10. Client
I am motivated and committed to taking action on my determined personal and professional goals. I realise that anything less than my intentional full participation will not lead to my success.
I accept full responsibility for myself and any actions I take that might result from my healing journey package. I am under the care of a physician and healthy enough to engage in Holistic Counselling/ Reiki sessions.
I can financially afford my healing journey/ package fee at this time (or have made arrangements for my package to be gifted to me). I understand that my package is typically paid for in advance, and there are no refunds for time utilised with my Holistic Counsellor/ Reiki Master. I agree that ultimately, it is my responsibility that my Holistic Counsellor/ Reiki Master gets paid for the services I use.
I agree to honour my scheduled session times.
