Let Me Share My Journey
Anybody else gain a lot of weight during the pandemic? If you’re looking to get rid of it, then keep reading.
In 2019, I weighed around 200 pounds. By 2021 I weighed 236 and counting! I was the heaviest I had ever been, working from home, eating whatever I felt like, and not being consistent in the gym.
All of that changed, when my doctor diagnosed me as pre-diabetic. In January 2022, I decided to make the effort to go to the gym consistently! I did so for four or five months, but still wasn’t seeing the results I wanted. I finally met some amazing people that introduced me to the importance of having a healthy relationship with food. From there the rest was history!
At this point, I’ve lost 18 pounds and 7 inches and I’m actually maintaining! All by supplementing my consistency in the gym with healthier food habits!
I am now a wellness coach looking to help others reach their goals on their wellness journey!
