Welcome! Thank you for entrusting our team with pairing you with available dogs for adoption! We know searching for the perfect dog can seem overwhelming with so many looking for homes. This form asks important questions that will help us select a few dogs that would fit exactly what you’re looking for in a companion. Depending on preferences, matchmaking timeframes may vary. Please allow 72 hours for us to process your application and find a couple dogs to share with you to start our matchmaking journey. The Matchmaking Application donation is $25 and can be paid via PayPal to @candidcaninefl. No application will be reviewed without the application donation.
