TERMS AND INSTRUCTIONS:
o Signed and Filled out gate pass form must be submitted to Palazzo Three (3) days prior the event date, approved and signed gatepass will be sent to the email address used to fill out this form.
o Proper dress code is a must, slippers/shorts/sando is not allowed to enter the premise.
o Security officer from GATE 2/Main Conservatory will strictly require each Supplier upon entry to present a SOFT or HARD copy of the SIGNED gate pass. Note: NO SIGNED GATEPASS NO ENTRY.
o Proceed to the Supplier’s parking for VEHICLE INSPECTION of materials and equipment. After inspection, vehicle/s shall proceed to designated unloading area nearest to your venue. All suppliers’ vehicle must return to the supplier parking area after unloading. The parking areas in front of Byzantine & Victorian Venues are exclusively for guests.
o List all materials and equipment to be brought in to avoid delays during inspection.
o All staff to proceed to the entrance lobby to present a VALID ID in exchange of the Gate pass ID.
IMPORTANT: Gatepass ID must be worn at all times while at the venue. Non-wearing of ID will be fined P200. Lost ID is P500.
o SUPPLIERS will be responsible for cleaning their assigned areas. All garbage must be cleared before leaving the premise. A garbage fee amounting to Php 500 per bag will be charged if used area/s is/are left untidy.
o For Accredited suppliers, failure to comply with these terms may result to cancellation of your accreditation.
o Venue has the right to BAN Outside / Third party suppliers who will not comply with these terms.
