Items labeled as *PREORDER* in the description are NOT on hand unless the title states otherwise!

 

All preorder items typically take 1 to 2 weeks to arrive to me due to vendor & shipping delays. After I recieve your item, it's shipped out the same day or next day.

 

Some preorder items have a shorter processing time than others, but on average they all take 1 to 2 weeks excluding logistic delays.

 

Please do not preorder any items if you cannot be patient. With that being said, you can always track the status of your preorder item by emailing us your order info.

 

Purchasing expedited shipping DOES NOT speed up the processing or shipping times for any preorder item. The 1 to 2 week processing period will still apply regardless. 

 

Considering logistics and shipping delays, pre-order items CAN take up to 4 weeks sometimes. These delays are out of our control, but please trust that you WILL get the item you paid for.

 

IF and only IF, your pre-order products pass the time alotted (4 weeks TOTAL) without a tracking number, will you be eligible for a refund.

SHIPPING POLICY

 

Please allow 5 - 7 days for us to process your order. Your order will then be shipped and will be delivered within 5 - 7 business days. All order packages will require a signature to ensure you have received your order. Holidays, sales, pandemics, and natural disasters may delay processing and shipping times. 

 
• When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you have not received an email or SMS text about your order shipping, then it has not shipped yet.
• It will take 5 - 7 days for us to process and ship your order. Your order will then be shipped and will be delivered within 5 - 7 business days.
• Shipping time may be extended due to personal and/or world events, that may cause a delay in your order.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ONCE PACKAGES ARE RECEIVED BY THE SHIPPING COMPANY, WE ARE NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DELIVERY OF THIS ITEM. If you, the buyer, for some reason decided that you want to dispute our order without communicating with us first to fix the problem, you WILL BE BANNED from our site and will not be able to purchase again!
