Hours and Pricings:*

Booking Fee: A non-refundable retainer of 50% of the total fee is due upon signing this contract to secure the Photographer’s services for the event date.*

Balance: The remaining balance is due no later than 1 week before the event date.

Late Fees: If payment is not received by the due date, a late fee of 20% may be applied.

Refund Policy: Due to the nature of event bookings, the booking deposit is non-refundable except in cases of Photographer-initiated cancellation.

Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full 7 days before the event date.

Liability and Indemnification:

The Photographer is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages to any persons or property during the event. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Photographer against any claims related to event coverage or image usage.
Responsibilities of the Client:

Permissions: The Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or permits required for photography at the event location. Event Schedule: The Client agrees to provide the Photographer with a detailed event schedule to ensure all significant moments are captured.
Coverage Limitations, Event Interference, and Damages:*

The Photographer is not liable for limitations in photography coverage due to any conditions beyond control, including, but not limited to, lighting restrictions, interference by guests or staff, and any prohibitions from event management or location staff. The Photographer may terminate coverage and leave the location if the Photographer experiences inappropriate, threatening, or abusive behavior from anyone at the event.
Cooperation and Communication:*

The Client shall provide reasonable cooperation to the Photographer to enable them to fulfill their obligations under this Agreement. This includes but is not limited to providing necessary details, access to the Event venue, coordination with other vendors, and event attendees.
Image Ownership and Usage:*

The Photographer shall retain the exclusive copyright and ownership rights to the photographs taken during the Event. The Client is granted a limited license to use the photographs for personal use only. The Photographer retains the right to use the photographs for advertising and promotional purposes, including but not limited to their portfolio, website, social media, and other marketing materials.
Photographer's Breaks:*

During the Event, the Photographer shall be entitled to two (2) 15-minute breaks for every 3 hours of said Event. The timing of these breaks shall be agreed upon by the Client and the Photographer in advance, taking into consideration the flow and schedule of the Event.
Deliverables:*

Delivery Time: Edited images will be available within 4-6 weeks after the event date. The images will be provided digitally through a secure Google Drive or USB drive or Photo CD Storage: The Photographer will store images for up to one year. After this period, images may be deleted.

Confidentiality and Privacy:

The Photographer agrees not to disclose any personal or sensitive information regarding the event to third parties without the Client's consent, except where necessary for service delivery and photos for promotional use only.
Termination:*

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written or spoken notice. If the Client terminates services, the Photographer shall retain $40.00 of the deposit fee, as compensation for the time and resources already invested. But if the Photographer has to cancel, the deposit will returned in full. Also, this does not include after the event.
Editing and Post-Production:*

As a professional, the Event Photographer has a certain editing style and expertise to produce a high-quality end result. The Photographer anticipates spending a reasonable number of hours on editing. Any additional edits or specific edit requests beyond the agreed-upon scope may be subject to an additional fee, which will be communicated and agreed upon by both parties in advance.
Entire Agreement:*

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Client and the Photographer and supersedes all prior agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.
