FUSION invites submissions from recent graduates for the Summer issue of FUSION Magazine. To be eligible to apply in the student category, applicants should be graduating in 2026. 

Deadline: May 1, 2026. Issue to be published July 15, 2026.

EDUCATION AND/OR RECENT EXPERIENCE

ARTIST STATEMENT

Please submit an artist statement and/or biography that is no more than 500-750 words in Microsoft Word (.doc) or Adobe PDF (.pdf) format. Please label file with your name and "Bio". Eg. DanSmithBio

Important: In the artist statement and/or biography, applicants should include information about their work, their inspiration, and what direction they would like to see their work take in the future. 

IMAGE SPECIFICATIONS and HOW TO LABEL YOUR IMAGE FILES

Submit 5 jpeg images, minimum size 4 x 6 inches, 300 dpi

Please submit high-quality images for publication.

5 professional quality images of recent work (within 12 months). The images must be minimum 1200 pixels (4 inches) x 1500 pixels (5 inches) at 300 dpi, JPEG format. Save the image in the correct orientation.

Use the following file name format to name your files:
IMAGE #1: FIRSTNAME.LASTNAME.IMAGE1.jpg

For example: Joe Smith: Joe.Smith.Image1.

Please upload a MANDATORY image sheet. 

I warrant that the artworks submitted in this application are solely by myself as named on the application. I also authorize the use of images for publicity or documentation without notice or payment to me.
