EVENT LOGISTICS AND COMMUNICATION REQUEST
We are so excited to help you plan a successful event. To streamline communication and create consistent graphics and verbiage, we request that the information about your event (or campaign) be given to us seven weeks before the registration opening or the event itself if no advance registration is needed.

The seven weeks' notice also lets us ensure it fits into the schedule. NOTE: Pastor Amy will need to approve all events.
