For 2025 award nominations, all Letters of Endorsement must be submitted through this online form. Letters of Endorsement must be submitted through this online form by January 31 annually.
To be considered, nominees must be in good standing with council, a currently registered Girl Scout member, no known conflict resolution issues either verbally or in writing on file at the council or within your Service Unit or Troop, and no debt issues -- either via product program or troop audit. All endorsements will be reviewed by council staff directly working with the volunteer, as well as the Volunteer Recognition's Committee who will make final determination of recognitions.
