Requirements:
- Pet owners must reside in Palo Alto, Los Altos, or Los Altos Hills - proof of residency will be required.
- Pet must be dropped off for surgery between 7:45 am to 8:15 am and picked up between 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm
- Please note that surgeries are only done on Tuesday and Thursday at this time.

Unfortunately, this waitlist is reserved for residents of Palo Alto, Los Altos, and Los Altos Hills. Please note that East Palo Alto is a separate city from Palo Alto and does not fall within our jurisdiction.

For pet owners that do not currently reside in these cities, we recommend that you reach out to your local municipal shelter to find spay and neuter services. To find your local shelter, visit www.petsinneed.org/shelters.

Please keep in mind that we will be opening a waitlist for our spay and neuter clinic once we have waitlist spots available.

Please be as accurate as possible when selecting the size class. We have limited large kennels, and if your dog does not fit in the kennel reserved based on the size class you chose, you will have to be turned away.
