Requirements:
- Eligibility: This list is only for pet owners residing in Palo Alto, Los Altos, or Los Altos Hills - proof of residency is required. If your proof of residency does not indicate that you live in Palo Alto, Los Altos, or Los Altos Hills, your request will be denied.
- Surgery Drop-off/Pick-up: 7:45–8:15 am drop-off; 3:00–4:00 pm pick-up. Surgeries are only done on Tuesdays and Thursdays at this time.
- Health Requirements: Pets must be healthy, at least 4 months old, and free of illness or untreated conditions.
- For pet owners that do qualify for our local waitlist, please check our website for a non-local spay neuter waitlist or reach out to your local municipal shelter to find spay and neuter services. To find your local shelter, visit www.petsinneed.org/shelters.
