Requirements:

Eligibility: This list is only for pet owners residing in Palo Alto, Los Altos, or Los Altos Hills - proof of residency is required. If your proof of residency does not indicate that you live in Palo Alto, Los Altos, or Los Altos Hills, your request will be denied.
Health Requirements: Pets must be healthy, at least 4 months old, and free of illness or untreated conditions.
Dog Size Limitations: Due to kennel size limitations, we are currently unable to accommodate dogs weighing more than 90 lbs. We apologize for the inconvenience. If your dog cannot be safely housed in our kennels, we will not be able to provide spay/neuter services at this time.

Please be as accurate as possible when selecting the size class. We have limited large kennels, and if your dog does not fit in the kennel reserved based on the size class you chose, you will have to be turned away. Our kennels cannot accomodate any dogs weighing more than 90lbs.
