• VOLUNTEER Registration

Night to Shine, February 10, 2023

    HOPE CHURCH (map)

    RICHMOND, VA

(12445 Patterson Ave, Richmond, VA 23238)

We are excited to have you serve with us!  We expect to have 250+ guests and therefore estimate needing 350+ Volunteers.  Due to the special needs of our guests, you must be 16 years or older to volunteer.

The Tim Tebow Foundation requires that all volunteers, over the age of 18, have a current background check completed prior to serving AND to have attended a mandatory Volunteer Training.  Volunteers under 18 years of age, will be required to have a Parental Consent form filled out, which you will find in the registration form, as well as attend a mandatory training.

If over 18 years of age, at the end of your registration form, you will find a link to a Secure Background Search company, where you will be required to go and provide information so a background check can be run.  Once we receive "clearance" from the background company, you will be notified by email that your clearance was received and you are approved to serve as a volunteer.

The training for Buddies will be on the evening of January 31st at HOPE CHURCH at 7 pm and is MANDATORY for all buddies. If you are a non buddy volunteer,  training will be at HOPE CHURCH on February 2nd at 7 pm.    Please mark your calendar now and reserve those dates.

We appreciate your understanding on the above information.  We are committed to making the safety of all of our guests our top priority.

    We are thankful for you!
