 LEGAL STUFF

In exchange for the Publishing and Promotional Services, Contributing Author agree to pay required fee and will receive a chapter included in the book; promotion; wholesale rate on book copies; and other promotional considerations.

Agreement may be terminated at any time before work commences, but the initial deposit or initial payment is nonrefundable. After that date, no monies will be refunded.

Contributing Author agrees to meet submission deadlines or risk forfeiting investment in the project.

Contributing Author will not at any time or in any manner, either directly or indirectly, use for the personal benefit, or divulge, disclose, or communicate in any manner, any information that is proprietary to DWilson & Associates, LLC and Power In Nursing Innovations, LLC. . Contributors will protect such information and treat it as strictly confidential. This provision will continue to be effective after the termination of this project.

Power In Nursing Innovations LLC.  and Sharon Herbert hold exclusive rights/copyright to the book and its likeness. Power In Nursing Innovations LLC. and Sharon Herbert grant Contributing Author rights to release and promote his/her chapter in the book after the official book release. Power In Nursing Innovations LLC. and Sharon Herbert grant permission to Contributing Author to use branded graphics/video and other materials provided to promote the book.

The undersigned Contributing Author agrees to fully defend, protect, and hold harmless DWilson & Associates, LLC, Dorothy P. Wilson, Power In Nursing Innovations LLC. and Sharon Herbert, and their principals, officers, members, employees, and representatives from and against any and all claims, demands, lawsuits, actions, judgments, fees, damages, and proceedings and to not file, seek, or pursue any claim, demand, lawsuit, action, judgment, or proceeding for any relief, fees, damages, or anything else in any way arising out of relating to any issue, occurrence, or matter, including, but not limited to, any alleged slander or plagiarism involving the Contributing Author.

Payments are non-refundable but may be used toward another book project or visibility offer.
