Employees frequently experience changes following job layoffs. This study examines the experiences of employees who are currently employed by a company that has laid off other Employees. Responses are kept private and anonymous. You will be asked about your feelings and perceptions since the layoffs as part of the survey. You will be asked to indicate your level of agreement or disagreement with each statement. Please remember to respond to each item with your perception of your job and workplace since the layoff.
