Employee Layoff Survey

Employees frequently experience changes following job layoffs. This study examines the experiences of employees who are currently employed by a company that has laid off other Employees. Responses are kept private and anonymous. You will be asked about your feelings and perceptions since the layoffs as part of the survey. You will be asked to indicate your level of agreement or disagreement with each statement. Please remember to respond to each item with your perception of your job and workplace since the layoff. You will be asked to provide some demographic information, which will be aggregated and used to analyze the data. This survey is part of a research study being conducted at ESC Clermont Business School by a doctoral student. Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey.
