Upon receipt of both the booking form and deposit, the show will be formally booked.

Your show date is currently held for 5 days, please ensure that the booking form and deposit are completed within this period.

(Please note that we will aim to arrive approx 45mins prior to the start of the show and require approx 30mins to set down the show at the end)

Please note that any parking charges are added to the balance due on the day.

Please note that any ULEZ or London Congestion Zone charges are added to the deposit amount. Parking costs will be required to be settled with the balance due on the night. 

*We strongly advise that for Teenager's discos a venue with a sound limiter can cause major disruption to the party and therefore suggest that you pick a venue that does not have a "Sound Limiter".

*Note that if parking requires payment your DJ will advise on the night and we require this to be settled with the blamace due on the night. 

Exclusive pricing for French Raylle events;

1 - Standard show time 3 hours = £495* (Finish time no later that 11.30pm example 8.30-11.30pm)

2 - Standard showtime 4 hours = £595 (Finish time upto Midnight example - 8-12 midnight or 7.30-11.30)*

3 - Add 3D Laser Show = £150 (DJ Mike Show only)

Deposit - upon receipt of this completed form, we will email you confirmation along with a request for the deposit. The deposit amount will be the amount mentioned on your email linking this booking along with any additional options that you choose below. Please click below the choice of payment for your deposit.

Please note that we no longer accept cheques for deposit or show payments. Deposits can be made via bank transfer (using your Internet Banking, Telephone banking etc) or by paypal (+4%). Bank details will be emailed to you upon receipt of your booking form and deposit payments must be made within 5 working days of the email request to ensure that the date is held for your show.

Payment of the show is to be paid cash on the day at the start of the event.

Music choices. Please feel free to send us a playlist for the event. This can be a spotify /iTunes/Tidal list, or simply a list of songs.

Please note that cleared funds are required (cash) on the day of the party. I am very sorry but we can no longer accept cheque payments.

The deposit (advanced payment and cost for any extra options) are non refundable (Unless the booking is cancelled by Dancemasters). The Balance due on the day is required at the beginning of the show. Cash only is accepted for payments on the day.

In the event of the show being cancelled by the client, the deposit is non refundable.

If a revised date can be found within 6 months of the original booking date, we will carry over the deposit amount (French Raylle bookings only)

If the show is cancelled 48 hours or less before the booked date, the deposit is non refundable or able to be carried over.

Dancemasters may use Smoke and or Bubble effect machines for special effects to the show. Some machines could cause health problems to those with conditions such as respiratory problems. Please choose "NO" in any of the following boxes and we will not include in the show;
