THE PEOPLE’S NOTICE OF TRESPASS TO GOVERNMENT OF PENNSYLVANIA
NOTICE TO AGENT IS NOTICE TO PRINICIPAL AND NOTICE TO PRINICIPAL IS NOTICE TO AGENT
I, one of the People of the 50 American States (as seen in the Pennsylvania Constitution Article 1, Section 2) republican in form, Sui Juris, am serving you this notice so that you and your agents may provide due care;
Please take notice that it is my wish, order, and demand, as one of the People, that the Election of November 2022 be denied certification due to the following issues;
- There are election workers who have been ordered, by officials over the elections, to do things outside the form of law; this stand as malfeasance.
I further demand that under the fundamental principles of law, universally accepted in all civilized nations, that you nullify this election, as the will of one of the People, and by necessity, custom, and the historical usages of the law:
Maxim 46b: Legal form is essential form. 10 Coke, 100.
Maxim 46c: Where form is not observed, a nullity of the act is inferred or follows. 12 Coke, 7.
Maxim 46d: Where the law prescribes a form, the non-observance of it is fatal to the proceeding, and the whole becomes a nullity. Best, Ev. Introd, s. 59
Please take Notice that the acts of election workers, acting as trustees of the People, ordering government servants to ignore the form of elections, presented in good faith, is fatal to the whole proceeding. Furthermore, government is without authority to certify anything that was void, null or invalid, on its face, as shown in the evidence below;
Maxim 62c: Things invalid from the beginning cannot be made valid by subsequent act. Tray. Leg. Max. 482
Please take notice that the People, having come together and assembled for the common good, realize that our servants swore an oath to be instructed, by us, in the Pennsylvania Constitution. I therefore come to you in love, telling you that, to certify an election, after being shown fundamental law, the fact that workers were instructed to ignore the law, and verification that would render the proceeding a nullity, will be considered a trespass against the People in the highest degree;
Please take further notice that the People now understand their power has been hidden for decades.The People understand that government servants do not guide and direct the People; the People also understand the elected servants took an oath, in order to work for the People, and have sworn that the People have the ultimate power as seen below;
Please take notice that all political power is inherent in the People. Government is instituted for the equal benefit, security, and protection of the People. (see evidence below)
Pennsylvania Constitution Declaration of Rights
IV. That all power being originally inherent in, and consequently derived from, the people; therefore all officers of government, whether legislative or executive, are their trustees and servants, and at all times accountable to them.
Maxim of Law 51o: All political power is inherent in the people by decree of God, thus none can exist it be derived from them. American Maxim.
Please take notice that, as one of the People, I believe my servants are failing to secure the People’s business, and have, in many instances, ignored, been hostile, and attempted to intimidate the People. It is therefore my intent, to come together with the People, to alter, reform the government of Pennsylvania, by right and in peace.
Please take notice that as the People come together to return any servant to private life, by removal or by reforming the government, it is done by absolute right. (see evidence below)
Pennsylvania Constitution Declaration of Rights
VI. That those who are employed in the legislative and executive business of the state, may be restrained from oppression, the people have a right, at such periods as they may think proper, to reduce their public officers to a private station, and supply the vacancies by certain and regular elections.
Please take notice that any trustee and servant of the People who certifies invalid and unlawful elections as valid can and will be held personally liable to such acts of maladministration and is subject to immediate removal from office. ( See evidence below)
Pennsylvania Constitution Frame of Government Sect. 22.
Every officer of state, whether judicial or executive, shall be liable to be impeached by the general assembly, either when in office, or after his resignation, or removal for mal-administration: All impeachments shall be before the president or vice president and council, who shall hear and determine the same.
Jim Jordan, it is the will of the People that you pay close attention to this matter. Please ensure an investigation, demanding any public servant show where the constitutional authority was given to interfere in the People’s business;
The United States Supreme Court, it is my wish, order, and demand, by necessity, that you provide remedy to the People by allowing for the direct sworn affidavits of harm to be sent to you. As trustees of the People, you may issue warrants against any government official who should interfere with the People’s rights to reform their government;
If, as Pennsylvania public servants, you believe the People do not have this right, and you refuse to immediately secure the Peoples elections and business, by immediate investigations and nullifying this election, filled with maladministration and malfeasance, you must present the constitutional grants of authority showing you are allowed to do so, sworn under the penalty of perjury, by affidavit within 7 days. If you should fail to respond, you agree that you are trespassing against the People, with full knowledge, intent, and malice, and that this notice can be used as evidence against you should you interfere with the People’s rights.
