  • Thank you for booking your pet(s) in for their annual physical exam.

    What can you expect during your visit?

    • Your pet(s) will be weighed to track weight history
    • You will be escorted to either our dedicated dog or cat friendly room
    • Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) will do a primary exam and take a general history
    • Veterinarian will do a complete physical exam from the tip of your pet’s nose to the tip of their tail
    • Based on the history taken the Veterinarian will determine what vaccines will be required to suit your pet(s) lifestyle
    • Any required tests will be conducted such as collecting blood or urine & vaccines administered
    • Lots of treats and cuddles will be given throughout this whole process
    • Billing will be completed by our Client Service Team and any future appointments will be booked

    What costs should I be anticipating for my pet's Annual Visit:

    • Our annual exam cost has been tailored to include the exam for your pet as well as the core vaccines that are recommeded for your pet, which include:
      • Dogs: Lepto, DHP, Bordetella & Rabies.
      • Cats: FVRCP, FeLeuk & Rabies.
        Cost = $204.80 + HST
    • We do urge client to have thier pet's stool checked for internal parasites, which can often present no signs/symptoms, on a yearly basis. Cost = $106.90 + HST.
    • Any additional testing such as bloodwork will be discussed including cost during the visit if the veterinary team feels anything may benefit your pet. 

    What Should I bring to my Appointment?

    • A list of questions you have been thinking about
    • A list of medications, supplements and food your pet is currently taking (opportunity in this questionnaire to list these out)
    • Any documentation with medical information that we may not have and contains medical history or information helpful to the Veterinarian.
    • Some of your pet’s favorite treats to share during the appointment.

    Follow through the prompts on this form, the answers will help the veterinarian have a better understanding of a day in the life of your pet(s) and therefore provide the best advice to help keep your pet happy and healthy.

    This form should take about 10 minutes to fill out and will ask you questions about what your pet(s) eat and their daily lifestyle, please have items readily available.

No single parasite control plan will fit all pets because each pet is exposed to different enviornments. A risk assessment will enable parasite control to be optimised and taylored to your pet(s) while avoiding over treatment.
