No Call, No Show Policy as of December 1st, 2020. The client is considered No Call, No Show after 5 minutes of the scheduled appointment time, and no communication between the client and service provider has been acknowledged by Tammy Anderson Ward. The client will be charged full price for a scheduled appointment time and will need to book any other appointments paying full price before making another appointment. Hope Haven Events Cancellation Policy as of December 1st, 2020 - Appointments must be canceled 72 hours in advance in order to avoid an appointment fee. The appointment fee is 100% of the scheduled service amount. If the client is 5+ minutes late for a scheduled appointment, they will need to reschedule and need to pay for another appointment. The cancellation fee if communication between the client and Tammy Anderson Ward has been acknowledged. Any no-show appointments canceled less than 72 hours prior to the appointment will forfeit their payment.
