PRIVATE GROUP TOUR: TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This form provides the terms applicable to request a private group tour of the South Wake Landfill:
- Tours are available to groups that operate within Wake County, NC.
- A minimum of 10 participants are required to book a private group tour.
- Tour participants must be 8 years old or above; no exceptions.
- Tour participants under the age of 16 must be chaperoned by an adult.
- Tours are available Mon.–Fri., 9:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m.; no exceptions.
- Group transportation must be arranged; personal vehicle convoys are not permitted for safety reasons.
- Requests for tours should be made a minimum of two weeks in advance.
- ALL tour participants must complete waivers.
- Video/voice recordings require the permission of the guide.
- Staff may photograph the tour for educational/promotional purposes.

VIRTUAL TOUR: TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This form provides the terms applicable to request a virtual, educator-led tour of the South Wake Landfill:
- Tours are intended for groups that operate within Wake County, NC.
- A minimum of 10 participants are required to book a virtual tour.
- Tours are developed for an audience 8 years old and above.
- An adult facilitator must be present for participants under the age of 16.
- An adult facilitator must be present for groups larger than 20 people.
- Tours are available Mon.–Fri., 9 a.m.–4:30 p.m.; no exceptions.
- The Wake County representative must give permission to be recorded.
- Two weeks advance notice is recommended.
