VENDOR NOTE:

Applications are accepted through April 1st or until spaces are filled. Spaces fill on a first come - first served basis. Past attendance does NOT guarantee an acceptance for 2023. We reserve the right to refuse any application. ALL BOOTH SPACES ARE OUTDOORS. Any food vendors cooking with a gasoline powered over must sign up for an Open Flame Permit and provide a certificate of insurance with the City Of Wildwood listed as additional insured.

Booth Specifics:

You as a vendor, are responsible for your own chairs, tables and tents. This is a outdoor event rain or shine.
Acceptance Terms:

Selected vendors will receive an acceptance letter/email and an invoice for their booth. Once booth fees have been paid, the vendor will be announced and listed on our social media and website. Please read through our terms/conditions and our cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy:

In the event that a vendor needs to cancel, fees will be refunded in FULL if notification is received before April 1, 2023. A cancellation received between May 1-20th will be refunded 50%. No refunds will be given for cancellation requests received after May 21st, 2023.
