Thank you for inquiring about the Kingswood Parke craft/vendor fair. We will reach out via email to let you know if there is an available spot for your selected dates. Participating in this event is still currently free but that may change at the HOA's discretion.
No call/no shows or early booth takedowns at any show will require a 25.00 fee to participate in any future show and/or may result in you not being asked to return as a vendor.
Please provide your own tables, chairs and canopy. Event times will be 9 am to 2 pm with setup starting at 8 am but may be subject to change if the weather is warmer and will be noted on the vendor info sheet emailed to you. Prior to setup please see Kim to sign in on the vendor sign up sheet. Setup must be completed 15 minutes prior to show start for safety reasons and must not be setup early without prior permission.

Completion of this form is NOT a confirmation you will attend the event. Completion of this form will temporarily hold your space until we can review the information and determine if there is space avaialble.
Vendor spots are first come first serve so be sure to confirm your attendance promptly after receiving the vendor information email or your space may go to the next in line. You MUST confirm your attendance via email once you have been selected to confirm your space.
