About Free Transfer service

Free transfer service is available on the first rental day or the day before. Please contact customer support via WhatsApp (+852 54389997) or email: info@sunshinehakuba.jp at least three days before the rental date to confirm pickup location and time.

Transfer Options:
▪ First Rental Day (08:00–12:00): Pickup from your accommodation or designated station → to rental shop → then drop-off at the ski resort or your accommodation
▪ Afternoon Prior to Rental Day (14:00–17:30): Pickup from your accommodation or designated station → to rental shop → then drop-off at your accommodation
