Winter Solstice Inner Sunset Art Walk ARTIST/MAKER Participation Form

ART WALK DATE + TIME: Friday, December 20, 5-8 pm
Apply to join the Inner Sunset community for a festive neighborhood ART WALK and pop up at an Inner Sunset Merchant Business Location.
The participation fee is $30 total.

The application fee is $10 non-refundable. If you are accepted a $20 participation fee will be due no later than Dec. 6th for a total of $30 (application fee: $10, participation fee: $20=$30)

We are excited to work with you to bring the neighborhood local art and good old-fashioned community vibes!
Important information:
- Event Date + Time: WINTER - Friday, December 20, 2024, 5-8 PM
- FALL APPLICATION OPENS: NOV 1, 2024
- FALL APPLICATION DEADLINE: NOV 25, 2024
- Fee to participate: $30. (Application fee $10 + Participation fee $20)
- If you are accepted, you will be notified by Dec 2nd, and your $30 payment will be due within two business days. If your payment is not received within two business days, your spot may be given to another vendor.
- Once payment is received, you will be assigned to an Inner Sunset Merchant location and provided with a table. Please bring your own table covering. Each location provides various types and sizes of tables, so merchant contact info will be provided for planning purposes and logistics.
- You are required to promote the event via social media and/or email marketing. Even if you have a small list, we count on all participants to help spread the word.
- Plan on arriving at least 30 minutes early to set up your table. You must be present for the entire duration of the event. There will be no early breakdowns.

- SPRING - Friday, March 22, 2024 - application opens Feb 19 and closes March 4, 2024
- SUMMER - Friday, June 21, 2024 - application opens May 1, 2024 and closes May 25, 2024
- FALL - Friday, Sept 20, 2024 - application opens Aug 1, 2024 and closes Aug 30, 2024

What price range is your work/products you will be selling at the art walk?
If the prices of your products varies drastically please provide us with the price range of the majority of what you will offer. So if you sell prints for $25 and also offer the original art piece for $2500 choose the price range of the prints because you have more prints to offer than orginal art.
