Inner Sunset Art Walk ARTIST/MAKER Participation Application

ART WALK DATE + TIME: First Friday of each season
Apply to join the Inner Sunset community for a festive neighborhood ART WALK and pop up at an Inner Sunset Merchant Business Location.
The participation fee is $35 total.

The application fee is $10 non-refundable. If you are accepted a $25 participation fee will be due to secure your spot for a total of $35 (application fee: $10, participation fee: $25=$35)

We are excited to work with you to bring the neighborhood local art and good old-fashioned community vibes at the Winter Solstice Inner Sunset Art Walk!
Important information:
- Next Event Date + Time: WINTER - Friday, DECEMBER 19, 2025, 5-8 PM
- APPLICATION OPENS: Oct 1, 2025
- APPLICATION DEADLINE: NOV 21, 2025 (EXTENDED to Nov 24)
- Fee to participate: $35. (Application fee $10 + Participation fee $25)
- If accepted, you will be notified by November 24, and your $25 payment will be due within two business days. If your payment is not received within two business days, your spot may be given to another vendor.
- After payment is received, you will be assigned to an Inner Sunset Merchant location and provided with a table. Please bring your own table covering. Each location provides various types and sizes of tables; plan for a table between 4 and 6 feet long.
- You are required to promote the event via social media and/or email marketing. Even if you have a small list, we count on all participants to help spread the word.
- Plan on arriving at least 30 minutes early to set up your table. You must be present for the entire duration of the event. There will be no early breakdowns.

What price range is your work/products you will be selling at the art walk?
If the prices of your products varies drastically please provide us with the price range of the majority of what you will offer. So if you sell prints for $25 and also offer the original art piece for $2500 choose the price range of the prints because you have more prints to offer than orginal art.
