Inner Sunset Art Walk ARTIST/MAKER Participation Application
Apply to join the Inner Sunset community for a festive neighborhood ART WALK and pop up at an Inner Sunset Merchant Business Location.
The total participation fee is $35.

The application fee is $10, non-refundable. If you are accepted, a $25 participation fee will be due to secure your spot, for a total of $35 (application fee: $10, participation fee: $25=$35)

We are excited to work with you to bring the neighborhood local art and good old-fashioned community vibes at the Autumn Moon Inner Sunset Art Walk!
Important information:
- Next Event Date + Time: FALL - Friday, September 25, 2026, 5-9 PM
- APPLICATION OPENS: Sept 1, 2026
- APPLICATION DEADLINE: SEPT 18, 2026
- Fee to participate: $35. (Application fee $10 + Participation fee $25)
- If accepted, we will notify you by September 21, and your $25 payment will be due within two business days. If we don't receive your payment within two business days, we may offer your spot to another vendor.
- After we receive payment, we will assign you to an Inner Sunset Merchant location and provide a table. Please bring your own table covering. Each location provides various table types and sizes; plan for a table between 4 and 6 feet long.
- You are required to promote the event via social media and/or email marketing. Even if you have a small list, we count on all participants to help spread the word.
- Please arrive at least 30 minutes early to set up your table. You must be present for the entire event. There will be no early breakdowns.

We try to give priority to vendors who have previously participated so please share your experience so we can choose the best location for you this season. What price range is your work/products you will be selling at the art walk?
If the prices of your products varies drastically please provide us with the price range of the majority of what you will offer. So if you sell prints for $25 and also offer the original art piece for $2500 choose the price range of the prints because you have more prints to offer than orginal art. The merchant list is from last season and may not be completely accurate but this will give us an idea of what type of location you would like.

Non-refundable participation fee. This fee helps us with admin so we can keep the art walk free to attend w/ low participation fees. It also helps avoid people signing up who aren't committed.
