MSEF School STEM Sparks and Support Signup

Thank you for your interest in having MSEF support your school. We have several opportunities below and you can choose just one, or more than one.

We are offering these special one-shot opportunities that fit your classroom timeline and schedule. This includes opportunities to 'tell your story' to MSEF, orientation sessions for teachers or students, feedback sessions or STEM Sparks speakers. Sessions will be virtual or in-person.

STEM Sparks opportunities: These are short talks with inspirational STEM professionals that can provide encouragement, build a sense of belonging in STEM and/or povide context to classroom learning. Please indicate in comments below target fields or demographics that would be useful for your student population.

All Middle Schools and High Schools in Massachusetts who are working on Science & Engineering Fair projects are eligible to submit a request for a visit, however availability is limited.

Scheduling

In order to ensure smooth scheduling, please include your first three choices for dates and time. Dates are not set until you hear confirmation from MSEF. Please schedule at least two weeks out. Any notes about class period timing (for example, class period starts at 11:08 and not 11a.m.) please include in the last section. If you are requesting presence at your school Science Fair or Showcase, just include the date and time for that event.
