A Provider Member is defined as an organization that provides home & community support services through one or more licensed HCSSA’s in Texas. Dues are based on the number of related licensed parents (verified through Texas Health & Human Services). Related providers is defined as one provider being associated OR affiliated with another provider by common ownership, OR having control of, OR being controlled by the other provider in terms of its policies and actions. PLEASE NOTE: Current rate structure will change in 2024.
Conditions of Membership Participation:
- Membership benefits begin with receipt of payment and continue for one year. Only employees of the member entity may utilize member benefits.
- Provider Membership in TAHC&H is open to licensed home & community support services agencies only.
- Adherence to TAHC&H Code of Ethics.
- Membership dues, administration fees (if applicable) and voluntary contributions are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
- TAHC&H member dues are an allowable expense for Medicare and Medicaid. Ask a TAHC&H representative the percentage for the current year.
- Contributions or gifts to TAHC&H are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for income tax purposes. However, they may be tax deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses subject to restrictions imposed as a result of association lobbying activities. TIN# 74-1887889
