IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
* Please arrive at your appointment 5-10 minutes before the scheduled time. When you are in the parking lot, remain in your vehicle and call the clinic to check in. For the safety of our staff and clients we keep the door locked at all times. An assistant will come out to get you and your pet.
* Due to our current scheduling restrictions, if you are unable to arrive on time, we will need to reschedule your appointment if more than 10 minutes late. Late appointments may still be subject to additional fees.
* For your pet's safety, please use a secure carrier or well-ventilated container during transport. Please address any concerns with the hospital staff.
* Please ensure that you are available by phone at ALL times until your pet is released back into your care. Animals left at the clinic without prior arrangement will be subject to additional fees.
COVID-19 Acknowledgement
Due to exam room sizes, a maximum of two individuals are permitted inside the clinic for scheduled Doctor's exams only. At least one individual must be 18 years old or older. At this time, tech appointments, drop-offs, and food/medication pickup remain curbside only. This policy remains in place to protect our immune-compromised staff members. Updated 07/30/2023
