Calculate your membership FTE level

This tool was created to help companies determine their membership level based on their staff numbers. We understand that in the rehab sector, that is common practice to have a number of contract / part-time staff members, which can make it difficult to calculate our FTE.

Reminder - Completing this form is not mandatory nor do you need to submit the form should you complete it.

Legend for Using The FTE Calculator:

•   Admin Staff are excluded from this calculation.
•   A Full Time employee/contractor (1 FTE) works 30 hours or more weekly
•   A Part-time employee/contractor (0.5 FTE) works between 10 and 30 hours weekly
•   An occasional employee/contractor (0.25 FTE) works less than 10 hours a week or less than 40 hours a month

Once you complete the number of employees for each level, a Total Number of FTEs will be automatically calculated and the corresponding membership FTE level will appear.
