When working with Pretty In Primp LLC, I understand that I AM RESPONSIBLE for keeping & maintaing my DOMAIN NAME, ALL HOSTING FEES & TRIALS. We, the company, are responsible for creating a look of your liking providing details from you, the payee. Please make sure that you have rights to the products and merchandise you provide to us.
When creating your site, the turn around time is FOURTEEN BUSINESS DAYS {14} from the date we recieve ALL your information pertaining to your site. If you prolong the information required for more than SEVEN BUSINESS days after initial payment {DEPOSIT}, your deposit will be forfeited to Pretty In Primp LLC. THERE IS NO REFUND FOR WEBSITE DESIGN. Any information provided after the initial SEVEN DAYS, will not be acknowledged or approved on the site. The time frame allows us to keep our turnaround time of FOURTEEN DAYS, & recieving information outside of the provided window will result in a prolonged design; WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY EXTRA INFORMATION AFTER THE SEVEN DAY PERIOD.
What will we need?

*We, Pretty In Primp LLC, will schedule TWO {2} virtual meetings to discuss looks, themes, and the design. If you approve of the design we will then proceed forward with the production of your site.
-1st Meeting: *ONE DAY* {24 hrs} after inital payment.
-2nd Meeting: *DAY EIGHT* To verify information, looks, design etc.
*You can express concern at either meeting if you have any; such as changes, design additions, take-outs, etc. If you fail to mention any of the aforementioned, your site will be made according to your prior details.
*Pretty In Primp LLC will CREATE YOUR WEBSITE UNDER OUR JURISDICTION. We will provide a link through email or text message to see the design & layout of the site. After the last consultation, & FOURTEEN DAY {14} window; we will transfer ownership of the site through email. TRANSFER OF SITE IS ONLY DONE WHEN SITE IS PAID IN FULL.

Pretty In Primp LLC is not responsible for your DOMAIN NAME, HOSTING FEES, AND TRIALS. If you are new to this website scene, let Pretty In Primp LLC explain a about little what a domain name is. Let's say you live in an apartment building, and your apartment is 1A. Wix would be the apartment complex, however your domain name would be your apartment unit, 1A. In other words, PrettyInPrimp.Com is our domain name. No one else on the internet can use our domain name. The same way no one else can use Nike.com....get it? You'd like your domain name to be easy to remember, that also coincides with your business. Secondly, just like it costs money to live in an apartment, it also costs to maintain your website. Pretty In Primp LLC does not have any affiliation with the costs of running and maintaing your site, nor can we control or alter the amount. Our FEE is simply to create and design your website. Do you need a domain name to have your site live? Absolutely NOT, HOWEVER your website's address will not reflect a personalized title like some might desire. How you choose to run your website, is your choice.
Pretty In Primp LLC is NOT RESPONSIBLE for trademarked work given to display on YOUR SITE. Please make sure you have all permissions given & granted. Please have mock up examples of the merchandise you sell.
Pretty In Primp LLC is not responsible for creating cover art for your products. This contract binds us to create the design of your layout, input products, input pricing, & input information. HOWEVER, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WRITING ANY OF THE INFORMATION FOR YOUR SITE. If the information is not given to us within the required time frame, we Pretty In Primp LLC will proceed forward with the creation of the site as initially planned.
Pretty In Primp LLC will provide all tangible merchandise such as business cards, thank you cards, care cards etc. ONCE FINAL PAYMENT IS MADE, we will ship out the merchandise to the address provided. A tracking number will be provided. *THIS APPLIES IF HAVE A PACKAGE DEAL.*
Pretty In Primp LLC can provide other business related merchandise; Business Cards, Thank You Cards, Digital Forms attached to the site, Flyers, Commericials, Shipping Notification Signs, Business Stickers, Brochures, etc; HOWEVER THIS IS NOT INCLUDED WITH YOUR WEBSITE. (If you have the Diamond Website Package, that merchandise listed is included.) All merchandise if not included is an additional fee. WE DO NOT NEGOTIATE PRICING. WE DO NOT PROVIDE MERCHANDISE PRODUCTIVITY INFORMATION. If you require or want more merchandise, you will have to pay FULL PRICE for our product. This also includes Digital merchandise. Please respect our work, time, effort, and pricing.
Pretty In Primp LLC is contracted to you for FOURTEEN BUSINESS DAYS {14}. Our hours are from 9AM-5PM Monday-Friday. However, we can schedule consultation meetings on the weekends & later times to accomodate scheduling conflictions. If the site is paid in full and the site has not been finished DUE TO CUSTOMER PROLONGING, the site will be relinquished through email. We, Pretty In Primp LLC, take pride in our timing, dedication, creativity, and communication. We will be in constant communication so that we can bring your vision to life. If at any point communication is halted after the initial SEVEN DAYS of receiving information without any warning we will surrender the site through email and this will conclude the website designing with Pretty In Primp LLC. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. **If site has not been paid in full, and communication is halted for more than FOUR DAYS {4} without warning, Pretty In Primp LLC considers this abandonment. Abandonment of a site abdicates any refunds and affiliations. The site will be deleted and non-transferable.
Pretty In Primp LLC, promises confidentialty when pertaining to your site. THE PAYEE, will not at any time or in any manner, either directly or indirectly, use for personal benefit of the Designer, or divulge, disclose, or communicate in any manner any information that is property of Pretty In Primp LLC. {ie: Trade Secrets, Know-Hows, Productivity Information and Confidential Information, etc.} This provision shall continue to be effective after the termination of this agreement. Upon termination of this agreement, Pretty In Primp LLC will delete all records, notes, documentation, and other items used to create the website. Pretty In Primp LLC may seek and obtain injunctive relief against the release or threatened release of such information in additon to any other legal remedies which may available.
Pretty In Primp LLC takes pride in creating all sites from scratch, from start to finish. Within the consultation, we will discuss the look you want to achieve with your website. We will send over links V.I.A email/text messaging for you to verify the design, and approve the look. If you are not loving the look, thats okay. Please don't think that we will take offense, we want you to love your site! However please keep in mind, that we have a LIMIT OF 3 DESIGN CHANGES. We will happily change your design if you feel differently about your theme, color, fonts etc. If you have reached your limit design {3 CHANGES ALOTTED}, we can change the design, however there is a $15 fee for each change remaining. If you've reached your 3 design maximum, and are still not satisfied with the look, we will submit the invoice. This would need to be paid, before more designs are installed. If the fee is not paid, Pretty In Primp LLC will continue with the design of the site.
Pretty In Primp LLC has a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for foul language, unprofessionalism, forceful or negative feedback. We will not tolerate any incompetence or disrespect while creating your site. While we are contracted to you and do our best to fufill all requests, we cannot answer all questions/inquiries right away. Bombarding us with constant messages/emails about the production of your site will not be tolerated. IF we, Pretty In Primp LLC feel at any moment that the business relationship is irreconcilable due to violating our ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY, the contract will be terminated, and no monies will be returned or refunded.
Pretty In Primp LLC, does offer a payment schedule if desired. We require you, THE PAYEE, to place a 50% deposit to secure the production of your website. You are allocated an additional 4 weeks to make payments towards your website. The payment plan would be discussed at your inital consultation. Once the payment plan is created, we expect all terms and agreements to be met. We allow a 48 hour grace period. Once this grace period has ended, a $25 LATE FEE is added. If the fee is not paid SEVEN {7} DAYS after the grace period, and Pretty In Primp LLC is not contacted, the website agreement will be terminated. In the event that Pretty In Primp LLC is contacted for an extension on the payment plan, it is up to OUR DISCRETION if we choose to apply the new change. If the agreement is given, there will be a $35 fee applied to the final balance. We only allow a 2 week extension on payment plans. ALL MONIES GIVEN WILL BE FORFEITED. THERE IS NO REFUND FOR WEBSITE DESIGN. The website will not be relenquished until the entire website is paid in full, not under any circumstances.
Pretty In Primp LLC, DOES NOT MODIFY, CHANGE, CORRECT, OR FIX other sites that we did not start under any circumstances. We take pride in our work, as well as admire the work of others. When Pretty In Primp LLC is developing a website, we will start the site from scratch. We advise that you do the proper research when it comes to site development, the designer, hosting site, cost information, trademarks, etc. We believe to get the best results, you must explore the best options for you and your business.
Pretty In Primp LLC will display the "Site Created by PrettyInPrimp.Com, ©Pretty In Primp" in the Footer of your website design. This allows you to easily reach us for future updates & monitoring. It is also advertising for us, so we can provide the same customer service and professionalism to those who come across your exquisite site!
Pretty In Primp LLC will TRANSFER the website once it is paid in FULL only! After all financial obligations are met; payment plans, late fees, extentsion fees, etc, we will send over several completion emails. Our process might seem tedious, however we feel it is in EVERYONE'S best interest that we approach your new website with the best care and professionalism. Our finalization email thread, consists of: Conclusion Email, Congratulatory Email, Domain Tutorial, Transfer Instruction Email, Final Picture Confirmation Transfer Email, Website Transfer Email, & Transfer Successful Email. All of these emails, ensure that we are taking the right steps to make sure the website is in its owners' hands. Once all emails have been sent, we ask that you read each email thoroughly to confirm ALL INFORMATION. We ask that spelling, punctuation, etc is correct when transferring the site. Pretty In Primp LLC is not responsible for wrong information once email is sent to us confirming the Final Picture Confirmation Transfer Email. From the time the Website Transfer Email is sent, you have approximately 72 hours before the link expires. In the event that the link is not accepted, there will be an additional $50 that would need to be paid for Pretty In Primp LLC to send the link again. In any event that the link is ignored, and more that SEVEN DAYS have passed with no communication, we will DELETE your website, and this will conclude the business relationship. ALL MONIES ARE FORFEITED TO PRETTY IN PRIMP LLC. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.
Pretty In Primp LLC will walk you through the process of obtaining a domain name & go over packages once site is paid in full and transferred. We will send an email containing the transfer instructions, a tutorial video on obtaining a domain name, and ownership information. THIS WILL ONLY HAPPEN ONCE THE SITE IS PAID IN FULL. No corrections can be done once site is transferred. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE NOR CAN WE CONTROL THE PRICING OF HOSTING YOUR SITE. We, Pretty In Primp LLC, would politely advise you, the new owner, to read through all of the options, and choose the plan that works best for you. This process could seem overwhelming, especially to a new business owner, however we suggest that you give yourself and business time to process this information and make an informed decision.
