Terms & Agreement
Please read our agreement. If you are agree with the agreement, you can continue by filling the form.
By submitting the form means you are agree with our terms & agreement.
Our space / set is limited to :
[ ] 5 people. *Dogs are allowed too! (eg. 2 adults + 2 kids + 1 dog).
[ ] 5 big breed dogs. (medium breed may be up to 8 dogs) Makesure your dog is well behaved.
1. Photography session is per hour basis. You will get 10 photos (.jpg format) in one hour session. Our photographer will direct you during the photo-session. We will deliver all preview photos with DCV Watermark through our server and you are required to choose within 3 days, or else we will choose it for you and you can't request other photos. (we will explain to you further to choose your photos).
2. Please do not, change or modified the set-up in the studio without our permission. Any property that broken that caused by you / client, we will charge you if you break the property.
3. If you bring dog(s) / cat(s) with you, it's your responsibility. We do not responsible for your pet. Any damage of our property will be charged to you. Please makesure your pet(s) is / are on leash at anytimes and under your own supervision. Unleash only during photo shoot on set. We will require you to clean the pee / poo of your pet on our property.
4. We will require you to make full-payment ahead before you come to our studio. Well, first please choose your package option. Our team will be in touch with you shortly through WhatsApp / Email.
5. We DO NOT provide : Make-up Artist & Outfit. Any special request property please discuss with us, after you make your payment and we may charge you for your request property.
6. Car Park is available on our studio.
7. You are okay if we are going to use your pictures for our content. Please do let us know if you prefer your photos in private.
8. Please do not late upon your appointment due other appointment. Please come 10 mins before your appointment for your own preparation. Bring your own things for your preparation. We do not provide any hair-dryer / steamer / anything for your preparation.
9. Missed / Late of your appointment time, you may require to RE-REGISTER and make a new payment. We won't refund anything if there's anything happen with you after you make & agree with the appointment.
10. If you have any question please call us before make / submit your form. We will require you to make payment within 15 mins after you submit your appointment form, or else your appointment / submission form will be terminated and we will open your appointment time for other people.
11. We may refused / cancel your appointment / photo-session if you are breaking our terms & agreement and we won't refund anything back.
12. If you can't submit the form it might be some-one booked your schedule first or the session is FULL. First come first served. Thank you.
