For providers with Service Contractor Agreements with RHealth
This form is used for registration or cancellation of a clinician, for contractual purposes. If you are in a non-clinical role, e.g., administration, please click here.

This form will also register you to have access to refeRHEALTH. This is the RHealth referral and data collection tool used for all contractors. You will have access at no charge to you or the organisation.

Qualifications required for new clinicians
General/Clinical Psychologist - Relevant qualifications as per the requirements for registration determined by the Psychology Board of Australia (PsyBA) under the National Registration and Accreditation Scheme & AHPRA Registration

Provisional Psychologist - Bachelor Degree/Grad Dip Psychology, Honours/Postgrad Dip, AHPRA Registration plus SPPR-76 or INPP-76 as evidence of Supervision.

Mental Health Nurse - An approved bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent and be eligible to practice as a registered nurse in Australia. Must be working in a clinical area where there is mental health exposure & AHPRA Registration

Occupational Therapist (Mental Health Accredited) - Appropriate Qualifications & AHPRA Registration

Social Worker (Mental Health Accredited) - Social workers must have a degree in social work (BA) or master's degree in social work & AASW Registration

Counsellor - Bachelor of Counselling or equivalent & ACA/PACFA/CCAA Registration

Podiatrist - Appropriate Qualifications & AHPRA Registration

Exercise Physiologist - Appropriate Qualifications & ESSA Accreditation

Physiotherapist - Appropriate Qualifications & AHPRA Registration

Credentialled Diabetes Educator (CDE) - Appropriate Qualifications & AHPRA Registration & ADEA Accreditation
