PayPal Merchant Services is used for credit card processing. You do NOT need to be a member of PayPal to pay using your credit card. The form will show an option to set up an account, but you can pay by selecting the bottom option: "Pay with a debit or credit card". Please be sure you fill in the name and address associated with the credit card. Your name and address will not be passed from the form to PayPal.
When you are ready to complete your registration and pay with a credit card, please click on Submit and it will direct you to the payment portal.
