If you are bringing food items, have you reviewed DHEC Food Laws or the South Carolina Cottage Food Law to determine if you are within guidelines? It is the repsonsibility of the vendor to make sure they meet all requirements when bringing food to the market.

Tell us about your business! Because Root and Bloom Market has a mission to bring high quality natural food and items to the market, certain items, especially those with ingredients, require vetting. Please list any products/goods that you plan to bring to the market. When new item types are brought in, you must get approval from the market manager. And, do you agree?

Payment: Markets are $20 per event. Special events outside of our Wednesday market require prepayment in order to attend. Invoices are sent via Quickbooks. For the Wednesday markets, you may pay cash the day of, or wait for the Quickbooks invoice that will be sent out on the next day. Repeat no shows, non payment, and cancellations, will result in not being able to attend the market. For our weekly Wednesday market, we offer a discounted monthly price of $60 per month, which is due on the 1st and invoiced via Quickbooks. This will cover the Wednesday markets for the entire month. How would you like to be invoiced?

Do you have a Town of Bluffton Retail License? If not, special event permits will be invoiced quarterly and are $10 per quarter.
