Stays of less than 1 month are possible, even over busy Summer periods, but please note rates will be higher than normal.

Please note: While we do have apartments in Zone 1 at £650-1,000 per week, the majority of our Central London apartments are priced around £1,000-2,000 per week.

This is because the bulk of our portfolio are located in the in the best Zone 1 / Central London locations (e.g. Mayfair, Covent Garden, Fitzrovia, etc).

At present, our best value for money accommodation in Zone 1 is Albany Residences at £650 per week for an amazing Marylebone location near UCL, SOAS, Regent's Univeristy & more with 24 hour reception & gym access.

However - guests willing to travel 20 minutes or so, and be slightly outside Zone 1, the price can be less.
