Welcome to the Rocky Mountain State Games!
The Rocky Mountain State Games (RMSG) is Colorado’s largest multi-sport festival for athletes of all ages and athletic abilities, including those with physical disabilities, visual impairments, and intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (IDD).
The Rocky Mountain State Games consists of competition in 30+ sports. Athletes can compete in a variety of sports ranging from Disc Golf, Lacrosse, Figure Skating, Pickleball, Soccer, Tennis, Weightlifting, and more!
We invite you to join us as one of our limited on-site vendors.
Vendor Applications
All potential vendors must complete the application below. Please submit your interest form by June 7th. Applications are reviewed on a first come first serve basis. The Colorado Springs Sports Corporation team will reach out upon application receipt with further coordination details/application status/approval. If approved, you will receive notice by June 21st. This will be followed with a subsequent invoice to pay your vendor fee.
Event organizers reserve the right to reject any vendor application based on discretion to ensure alignment with the event's standards and objectives.

Vendors Information and Fees
- A no-commission collected, flat fee of $300 & required tax & insurance documents will be due at checkout.
- Documentation: Required tax & insurance documents will be due at checkout. If you prefer to pay by check, you will need to email vendor@thesportscorp.org.
- No Smoking.
- No Stakes.
- Weights are required for your tent
- There is little-to-no internet connection on-site. We strongly recommend the usage of Stripe to process your payments.
- Electricity is not available at the venue; we recommend generators.
General Information
Please have all required paperwork at checkout! You will not be able to proceed without your paperwork.
- All vendors are required to file Colorado State, County and City taxes.
- All vendors must submit a certificate of insurance. Coverage to include comprehensive general liability with bodily injury and property damage limits of $1,000,000 each occurrence/$2,000,000 general aggregate. It is required that every policy list the Colorado Springs Sports Corporation, the City of Colorado Springs, and the specific facility of the sport played as additionally insured. Insurance must be submitted with the application
Colorado Springs Sports Corporation and their directors, officers, employees, officials, committee members, volunteers and agents, other participants, organizing and sponsoring agencies.
