- To enable best coordination & service, please submit a facility request at least one week prior for a event. earlier if possible.
- All bookings and arrangements must be made through the church secretary at least two weeks prior to the event.
- This church is a smoke-free building.
- Any damage to equipment or facilities, other than from normal use, shall be the responsibility of those renting the facility.
- All fees for rental of facilities and equipment are payable to New Hope Baptist Church and delivered to the secretary upon booking or within 72 hours of the event start time.
- A damage deposit of $250 is required. Damage deposit will be returned to renter if facilities are left in satisfactory condition (determined by staff)
New Hope Facility Fee Schedule
(Such as: Musicals, Conferences, rehearsal dinners, showers. anniversaries, reunions, special meetings. etc)
*All fees based on the usage of 1-4 hours
**Please follow the funeral and memorial services policies and procedures set forth by the New Hope Missionary Baptist Church. The fees are only for the use of the facility.
