Fayette County Fairgrounds – Rental Prices

All prices are subject to change/review at the Fayette County Agricultural Society’s discretion. You may view our rental prices here.

Non-Wedding Rental

One Building Rental	$200.00 per day
Two Building Rental	$400.00 per day
Deposit	$100.00 due within seven days of booking *applied to the rental price

 

Wedding Rental

One Building Rental	$300.00 per day
Two Building Rental	$600.00 per day
Deposit	$100.00 due within seven days of booking *applied to the rental price

 

Fairgrounds Rental

A full Fairgrounds Rental is required when renting three or more buildings or when the event would impair or prohibit the rental or use of other buildings at the Fayette County Fairgrounds. This decision is at the discretion of the Fayette County Fair Representative.

Rental Price	$3,000.00 for first 3 days
Additional Days	$500.00 per additional day
Deposit	10% of the total rental due within seven days of booking *applied to the rental price

 

Bartender Services

*See Alcohol Request Form for more information

All alcohol must be purchased through the Fairgrounds (Alcohol Request Form due to the office one month prior to your event) unless an agreement has been made with the Fairgrounds to suspend or transfer the Fairgrounds liquor license.

Single Bartender	$100.00 (plus tips)
Additional Bartenders	$10.00 per hour per bartender

The Fayette County Agricultural Society will make every reasonable effort to keep the availability calendar as up-to-date as possible. However, a date listed as available may not actually be open because of last-minute scheduling changes. Should your date be unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Please include set-up, tear-down, and clean-up times in the Date & Time fields. The Fairgrounds will assume that access to the building will not be required outside the times requested.
